Guest Sign In Engagement Album. Madera Books.

I know it’s been a bit more hit and miss on the blog lately, but bare with me. There are some life changing things hitting our lives! Exciting, scary, and crazy all in one! I’ll share more on those things in the coming weeks and months so follow along.

For today I just wanted to share some images of a recent engagement album we had made for Erin and Joe. You may remember their engagement shoot in a cozy hideaway in Lake Arrowhead, Ca. After seeing the photos the couple decided to do one of my favorite things, get a guest sign in album made!

We did this at our wedding 5+ years ago and recommend it to every couple we meet with. It’s such a great way to use the photos from your engagement shoot, PLUS it gives all your guest a fun album to flip through and a chance to write a little yearbook-esc note.

Kidding of course, but it really is a fun keep sake to look back on and enjoy.
As always, I design all the albums myself and have them put together but the stellar Madera Books! Beautifully constructed and jaw-dropper to look through, you’ll LOVE them!

iPhone Friday

I know it’s been awhile since I posted an iPhone Friday, but things have been busy this summer. Last week we were at a beach house in Newport with some family. Micaiah and Layla became little sand crabs!

Hunter

It’s such a joy to see the growth of the Dodge family. Going from just being their wedding photographers to becoming close friend and doing life together, we’ve been able to capture Hunter from newborn until now. So glad we can call Heather, Tommy, and Hunter friends!

Jessica did this shoot solo and KILLED IT! I have the best and most talented wife in the WORLD! Enjoy the photos and have a blessed week everyone!

Erin+Joe. Lake Arrowhead Engagement.

A couple weeks ago we made plans to take some engagement photos of a wonderful couple, Erin and Joe. The plans were made weeks in advance to take the photos in Big Bear Lake. Unfortunately, there was a rain storm going on, in the middle of Summer. So we decided to move the shoot to Lake Arrowhead and were so glad we did. We came across the perfect little creek that flowed down to the lake and along it was lush greenery perfect for a romantic hiding spot.

Erin and Joe kicked off their shoes and got a little wet. They were such a joy to take pictures of. We can’t wait for the wedding!

Jayme+Kenny. Lake Oak Meadows: Temecula Wedding

Last Saturday we had the honor of taking photos for Jayme and Kenny Fether. We took their engagement photos last year and had been looking forward to the wedding since. They are such a beautiful and fun couple. All the details of the wedding were perfect. The wedding was at a vineyard in the Temecula Wine Country, called Lake Oak Meadows. The grounds are full of color and unique decor. We couldn’t be happier to shoot such an awesome couple at such a lovely venue.

Congratulations Jayme and Kenny!
